Pricing:

• Initial design meeting is no charge.
• $0.55 per sq ft (based on all above grade finished or unfinished living spaces as well lower level garage under garage, but excludes main level attached garage)
• Lower level $0.15 per sq ft if finished or future
• Existing plans $0.40 per sq ft includes one (1) hour of changes/rework
• Additional fees may apply for exceptional details (i.e. Angled exterior walls, dormers, unusual roof lines, etc.)
• Hourly rate of $50 outside of specific per sq ft pricing

Custom Plan Changes:

• Clients will have one review meeting (up to one hour) in which to request changes.
• Rework in excess of two (2) hours will be charged hourly rate.
• Additional meetings will be charged hourly rate.

Prints:

• Final packages include fully detailed floor plans with all four elevations, ready for permit and construction
• Five (5) sets are included in each final package
• Additional sets are priced as follows:
  18x24 - $1.40 per sheet
  24x36 - $2.50 per sheet
  30x42 - $3.25 per sheet

*Plans over 3500 sq ft will incur additional charges due to the architectural stamp required by code. Complex plans requiring engineering skills will also be subject to additional costs. These costs are not subject to builder perk discounts. Prices may be subject to change without notice.
