Because your business is appreciated, we want to honor that by offering several incentives:

Purchasing plans from us comes with a reward. After purchasing five (5) plan sets (custom or existing), the sixth plan set will be half (1/2) price The hourly rework rate will also be ½ price, up to 7 hours. Then the full rate applies. Elements Design reserves the right to limit the discounted plan savings to reflect the five sets originally purchased. (i.e. If you purchase 5 unmodified existing 1200 sq ft plans @ $0.40 per sq ft, a 3000 sq ft custom home plan will not qualify to be discounted by half, but rather up to the approximate savings generated had you purchased a sixth plan similar to the first five.)

If you would like to purchase a plan set for a home you have previously constructed in order to build it again, prices are as follows:

• 0 - 1200 sq ft: $175
• 1201 - 2000 sq ft: $240
• 2001 - 3499 sq ft: $400 - $600
• over 3500 sq ft: price will be quoted

This includes up to 2 hours of revision time. Additional time is charged the hourly rate.

Whether you purchase an existing plan, modify an existing plan or work with us to design an original work, it is the property of Elements Architectural Design and we hold the copyright. However, when you purchase said plan it will not be available for sale to others for six (6) months after the purchase date. If you would like to extend this time frame we have offered some reasonable prices to do so. This does not mean that you have permission to build more than one structure from the print set, only that another builder/contractor will not receive that right for the agreed time frame:

• One (1) full year from purchase date: $75
• Two (2) full years from purchase date: $175
• Three (3) full years from purchase date: $275
